I have always had such good experiences with this vet and the staff. The receptionists are so so kind and understanding and never dismiss any of my concerns for my dog. They also make sure to educate and ensure that my dog is having the best possible care. Highly recommend!

Today was my kitty’s first visit to this veterinary clinic & I was very impressed. Dr. Krenshaw is such an amazing person. Dr. Kreshaw was working at the veterinary clinic in Weston, when I found out that he will no longer be in Weston I then decided to follow him at his new clinic. This goes to show how great he is. I’m so grateful for all of the staff at west roxbury animal hospital. I moved back up here from Florida a few months ago and needed to find a vet for for my cat due to noticing that her breath really smelled. My girl ended up needing a cleaning and had 6 teeth extracted in the process. Tomorrow will be one week since the procedure and my cat is already feeling like her old self. The staff was very patient with me and all around very knowledgeable and professional. More importantly they treated my cat as if she were one of their own animals. Both of my animals have found a new vet 🙂
